If we are truly effective at what we do, if we develop a plan of action that addresses the issues that most concern a business (Violence in the workplace, crime, safe alternatives for staff), we will have a positive impact on quality of work life in Queensland.

What makes the In 2 Training experience different from others?

 Personal safety is a topic that some people think does not concern them and leaves others feeling fearful. The way we have designed and deliver our training caters to both these groups. By making our training sessions memorable we have converted the sceptics and given confidence to the fearful.

At "In 2 Training" we incorporate a range of training issues targeting workplace violence, focusing on your policy and procedures, the physical layout of your working environment and staff training levels.

 

Topics covered range from Situational Personal Safety such as, going to and from work, armed robbery awareness, dealing with hostile customers, cash handling skills or other specially designed courses.

 

We achieve the following in our training sessions;

"Highlight to your staff your organisational stance with respect to violence in the workplace.

"Promotion and reinforcement of current policy and procedures with respect to reporting and recording violent incidents.

 

"Identify the real risks and provide a range of strategies to reduce the risk and also respond to an incident.

 

At "In 2 Training" we understand that you have a range of internal training and work commitments for your staff and that is why we have tailored our training sessions to cover 2-4 hours, a day or 2 days.
